I am sending the GMP report/strategy to you.

This is an internal document intended for the ministry.

 

So far we still have no answer from Pharmakon on availability of their GMP training for inspectors, but Olexander is in touch with them and will send a reminder.

The estimated cost was defined years ago and is around 180,000 USD for the whole competency based training (3 modules during the year).

Outcome – 4 trained/competent GMP inspectors and 4 trained at Module 1 and 2 which mean that they maybe additionally trained by competent Georgian inspectors.

 

Please let us know the position of the ministry regarding the strategy.

 

With regards to the Minister’s request on hiring inspectors – 3 countries (Armenia, Ukraine and Estonia) replied that it is not possible.

However they are ready to provide assistance in implementation when resources (human and financial) will allow them to do so.
