Dear Mr. Ivanusa,
Could you be so kind and clarify several issues regarding upcoming GMP inspectors training in Pharmakon.
We have completed selection process of candidates for GMP/GDP Inspector position. As the requirements were quite specific and strict, despite of the high interest from the applicants, we were able to select only 5 candidates. They are already hired.
WHO regional office for Europe proposed to train 12 persons from NRA, 8 - candidates for GMP or GDP Inspector position and 4 - from other divisions of Pharmaceutical Activities Department. Other 8 places were reserved for Industry representatives.
As NRA has selected only 5 candidates for GMP/GDP Inspector position and 4 participants were nominated , as it was agreed, from other divisions (totally 9), is it possible to complete designated quota (12) by more staff from Marketing Authorization Division and Inspection Division (we have additionally 2 relevant candidates who could benefit from training)?
The second issue is a participation of Industry representatives in the training. They are waiting for the contract to transfer training fees. We discussed with Association of Pharmaceutical companies the possibility to transfer money for 6 participants through one legal entity. Association has agreed to sign the contract ( I have attached the list of participants from Industry – all of them (6 person) have confirmed participation). It is important to provide additional details, as soon as possible, in order to arrange payments in a timely manner.
Thank you in advance,
Tea Jikia
Deputy Head,
Pharmaceutical Activities Department
