Dear Sopo, dear Prof. Amiran,

As the new government has been appointed and based on the nomination for the HIV ministerial meeting (attached), we would like to raise the travel authorizations for the minister and prof. Amiran.

Please, be informed that Minister will get registration waiver for his participation at AIDS Conference, national experts are to register themselves.

WHO will cover perdiem 22-24 July and return ticket 22-24 July.  Lunch on 23 July is provided, and hotel will be pre-paid for 22-24 July (Movenpick Amsterdam Center).

An information circular and updated programme will be shared by early July.

The Minister is also invited to an event which Dr Tedros is organizing on UHC on 23 July at 17 hours. Draft programme is attached. WHO will arrange his transport from Movenpick hotel to RAI, where the UHC and HIV event is planned.

Please, let us know it travel dates of 22 and 24 July are suitable and if there is any preference about the flights/route. Otherwise we will try to find the best flight options.
