Dear Sopo,
We have been informed that the ministry is discussing a project on Quality Improvement for Primary Health Care System of Georgia (Designing strategy for data collection and monitoring pilot program at primary health care facilities). Czech development agency is the leading partner.
The project seems to be interesting (i.e. PHC performance monitoring) and perhaps WHO could potentially participate in the project, but only if the project is perceived by the ministry as an important project that will have impact on future development of the Primary Health Care in Georgia.
Can we slightly touch the issue next week in one of the breaks during the ongoing missions?
Thank you and best regards,
Marijan Ivanusa
