I have only provisional answer to your question about funding the participation at the RC68.

In principle WHO doesn’t fund participation of member states at the governing bodies’ meetings, except of those being invited as speakers.

For sure WHO shall cover the costs of Prof Amiran, as he has a special function as the member/chair of the SCRC.

The organization should also cover the costs of the Prime Minister if he will attend as a special invited guest/speaker.

For other members of the delegation at this stage we cannot commit that the organization will cover any costs.
