We are planning a mission conducted by Mr. Thibault Van Langenhaoven, Project Manager at AFD department in charge of health and social protection during the week of June 11^th to finalize the discussions on the matrix and on the needed TA. In this perspective, your feedback on the last proposed matrix, if possible by the end of the week, would be welcomed in order to prepare the discussions.

I thank you for the provided document and the work done by MoF, MOLHSA and MRA on the matrix. I send you attached the revised matrix for your consideration.  

We have four main comments/questions:

-          Regarding the improvement of postgraduate medical education: could you or MOLHSA exchange with the Ministry of education on this topic and if yes what is their feedback?

-          Regarding the pillar 3 on IDP: the  aim to shift from a status based to a need based social assistance has been deleted from the matrix. This is however an important component of the reform and we would like to keep it within the framework of this program.

-          Regarding the TA, we would need to have inputs from MOLHSA and MRA to define the program of the TA. This can be already added into the matrix for the already agreed actions.

-          We will also need to discuss for some of the trigger actions the supporting documents/evidences of implementation.

I would be very grateful if you could review the document attached together with the colleagues from MOLHSA and MRA and send us your consolidated feedback by May 25^th if possible. In the meantime, I remain at your disposal for any further questions.
