Thanks for your email, and information of participants. Like last year, I have already requested and has approval of FREE PASSES to attend the Georgia side meeting ONLY for Georgian participants (up to 20). I will soon forward these names to EASL so your passes can be ready before your arrival. Please see below instructions/information provided by EASL:

 

-       Side meeting will be held on Wednesday, 11 April 18:00 – 19:30 at Building EAST 3

-       FREE PASSES can be picked up at the registration area as of 17:30 on the same day

-       Title of meeting: Ministry of Labour, Health, and Social Affairs, Georgia and U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention present: Three Years of Progress Towards HCV Elimination in Georgia
