First of all, we want to thank you for your excellent cooperation.

We have prepared a standard Letter of Agreement which needs to signed in order to formalize our partnership. We are sending you agreement along with supporting annexes: project document (attachment 1), detailed implementation plan (attachment 2), Schedule of Services, Facilities and Payments (attachment 3) and Funding Authorization and Certificate of Expenditures (FACE – attachment 4). All the attached documents are an integral part of the LoA. The fifth attachment is the EU Addendum to LoA – a standard set of provisions applicable for UN LoA-s under EU supported projects, which will be included as an annex to the original document.

Please kindly review and confirm that signatory person, schedule of payment etc. are correct. Should you have questions/comments please do not hesitate to contact us.
