Dear Marijan,
You can share with them the document drafted by Olexandr. But it should be underlined that it is draft version and may be revised/modified by MoLHSA. It will be great if we can get support from EU during the implementation process, it was also discussed during Olexandr’s visit with GMP working group.
Please let me know if you need additional clarification form the Ministry.
Best regards,
Sopo Belkania

Dear Sopo, dear Marina,
As part of the mission on Good Manufacturing Practice in December 2017 we (WHO) have also met the representatives of the Delegation of the European Union to Georgia.
As a follow-up to that mission I would like to share with them the document drafted by Olexandr (attached).
We can explain that the document is draft version of internal WHO document (Strategy for the Implementation of GMP/GDP in Georgia), so it is clear that this is not anyhow binding for the government, if you prefer so.
The EU delegation is interested in the development having in mind the Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Agreement.
Perhaps this is also a way to seek their possible support in case we will need it (i.e. in a form of twining programmes and similar, which may become useful during the formation of the inspectorate).
Thank you and best regards,
Marijan Ivanusa
