The Ministry of Social Affairs of Estonia has made a contract with Radisson Blu Hotel Olümpia which means that all funded participants will be staying there.

There will be organised transfers so no need to worry about the transportation.

Thank you for your query. You refer to the letter of invitation for official nominations from Georgia to participate in the high level meeting. Our hosts are prepared to consider financial support for a maximum of two participants from Georgia. We ask you to kindly convey this message together with the invitation to nominate. Should the Ministry confirm its interest in sending one or two participants, we would be pleased to take the request to our hosts.

 

The earlier invitation to the Minister of Health to be a panelist in plenary 1 on include is separate from the above mentioned nomination process. We kindly ask you to convey that coverage of the travel and accommodation costs for the Minister will be arranged by WHO.
