Our colleagues from Ministry of Foreign Affairs have told us that I don’t need visa, which is great news, but I wasn’t able to look check it on the site sent by you as it is only in Spanish and English version is not “working”.

First of all, apologies for my late reply. For visa requirements please visit the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Chile (http://chileabroad.gov.cl/consulados/) in order to find out whether you require a visa and the location of the neareast Chilean embassy or consulate.
Regarding the hotel reservation, participants are asked to directly contact the hotel. Please find the information in the attached document.
