I overlooked that the list of the members of DRG WG is mentioned in ToRs of DRG WG and I
assume I can find the PR specialist’s name also from there. She should be
Tea Bakradze – Chief Specialist of PR department
And the members are as follows:
–
Zaza Sopromadze – Deputy Ministrer
–
Lasha Nikoladze – Advisor of the Minister
–
Sopiko Belkania – Head of HR Management and Intimation Relations Department
–
Marina Darakhvelidze – Head of Health Care Department, MoLHSA
–
Ketevan Goginashvili – Head of Health Policy Division, MoLHSA
–
Ekaterine Adamia – Head of Public Health and Program Division, MoLHSA
–
Maia Maglakelidze-Khomeriki – Head of Universal Health Care Program Management Department, SSA
–
Irakli Tabatadze – Head of Information Technology Department, SSA
–
Nino Tsetskhladze – Medical Statistics Department, NCDC&PH
–
Tea Bakradze – Chief Specialist of PR department
So, if there is someone missing or not the member anymore, please let me know. Other than
that I got the answers to my requests in my previous email.
Thanks and sorry for confusion.

Dear Mariana,
I am working on the DRG implementation and transition strategy at the moment and would like to clarify one thing which we discussed
during Feb mission.
It concerns core area 10. Communication. We were discussing that additional responsible person(s) should be added in addition to Zaza
Sopromadze to two activities under this area. We discussed that it should be the lady who was involved in the preparation of the draft communication plan and who attended also the meeting during Feb mission. I cannot unfortunately recall her name (sorry for
that).
I would appreciate if you could send me her name, in case it is fine with her and with DRG WG to add her name in the strategy.
One more thing, could you send me the current list of DRG Working Group (names, positions, institution). There have been some (minor)
changes which I haven’t been able to follow up.
Thanks and have a nice weekend,
Kristiina

We would like to thank you and everyone in the DRG WG for your time you dedicated during the mission on work with DRG related topics, but also before the mission

to make them consistent and in line with each other. Combined document also facilitates to introduce the changes if there is need for that.
Red text indicates the changes which were made during the mission.
In yellow comment boxes you can find the feedback and recommendations to consider while reviewing the document. Some comments are inserted also in the last column,

In addition, according to communication plan there is need to prepare FAQ to be able to provide information to different target audience.
We will provide you initial list of Q with guidance by March 19.
