Thank you once again for delivering the requested documents on time. And thank you for coordinating the work of DRG WG and being link between us and WG.

 

As there has been quite many documents DRG WG has been working on and some other things which have taken place since the last mission in Feb 2018 (mainly the grouper related issues but not only) we would suggest to have an one hour Skype call on Monday 9^th of April at 5pm your time.

The aim is to check the status of the activities and different documents, plan the content of the next mission, and discuss burning issues we may have.

We had a look at training plan which you revised after the February mission and delivered us last week.

We would like to ask you to work on it a bit more.

Mainly, to make it more focused on need, and to match the topics with specific target group(s).

In addition, as we discussed, WHO can provide training for trainers. From there on, the local capacity should be used for training the other target groups.

Please also think the method which should be used for the training. The alternatives are listed in the attached file (F1).

You can still consider if all target groups are involved. If someone is missing, please add. And if some can be merged depending on the topic of the training, please merge them.

The timing of the trainings you provide is indicative and can be modified later if needed.

 

So, please fill the yellow cells but have a general look and change the plan based on the comments above.

We would appreciate if you could revise the attached version and return us by Monday 26^th of March.

We would like to thank you and everyone in the DRG WG for your time you dedicated during the mission on work with DRG related topics, but also before the mission by completing your “homework”. Thanks to your excellent preparation, we had more time for discussions during the mission and for dealing the burning issues.

Document 1 combines both, implementation plan and transition phases to make them consistent and in line with each other. Combined document also facilitates to introduce the changes if there is need for that.

Red text indicates the changes which were made during the mission.

In yellow comment boxes you can find the feedback and recommendations to consider while reviewing the document. Some comments are inserted also in the last column, please have a look at those too and make changes accordingly.

Please pay attention to fields marked with red ADD. This is missing information and we expect you to provide it by filling the fields.

Documents 2-5 have each a box with feedback, comments and recommendations in the beginning which we suggest to consider and take into account while revising the documents.

 

In addition, according to communication plan there is need to prepare FAQ to be able to provide information to different target audience. We will provide you initial list of Q with guidance by March 19.
