Dear Ms Tsotsoria and Ms Tavidashvili,

We were glad to receive your nominees for the upcoming meeting on Childhood Cancer in Moscow.

We will communicate all administrative details and personalized invitation letters as well as working papers to you later.

At this  stage we need to start the visa support process and  to register you in our internal system.

Please see the Steps to obtain a Russian visa upon invitation from WHO:

Step 1

Send the completed visa request form (attached) and copy of your passport to Ms Anna Mezentseva

Step 2

Receive telex number for the granted visa from Anna Mezentseva. It takes about 10 working days to receive a telex number. The same telex number will be sent by MFA Russia to the respective Russian Consulate (where you plan to obtain the visa).

Step 3

Complete the application form https://visa.kdmid.ru/PetitionChoice.aspx?AspxAutoDetectCookieSupport=1  and bring it together with 2 photos and your passport to the Russian Consulate.

Step 4

Collect your visa

Normally the Russian Embassy needs a fingerprint to issue a visa, please check with your local Russian Consulate.

Another form attached is for registration you in our system for paying per diem during your  trip. Please kindly fill it in and  send to me at your earliest convenience

Looking forward to getting the completed forms and copy of passport to start the process of  visa  support.

      Best regards, Anna
