Dear Mariana,
thank you for sharing the agenda! It looks good. One option to consider is to have a meeting with the minister after the DRG WG has been reviewing progress made with the tranistion plan. But this is not essential and we can leave it as it is planned now.
I'm glad to hear that deputy ministers are interested to participate the training and fully understand their busy schedules. For them the first session of the day one (Basics of casemix systems worldwide, incl. history, development, main building blocks of casemix systems) could be the most informative, other sessions might be a bit too in depth in technical details.
Thank you once more and have a nice weekend!
With best,
Triin

Dear Triin,
Hope you are well!
Please find attached the draft agenda and List of participants for the training for the DRG mission on 14-16 May.
On May 14th, it was decided to conduct an introductory meeting with the Minister, new DM Mr. Mikheil Dundua, Mrs. Lagvilava and other DRG WG members in order to overview the progress made so far with the DRG implementation plan and other issues.
On the second meeting Mr. Mikheil Dundua and Mrs. Lagvilava will meet you in order to discuss the UHCP 2018 Work Plan, which will be followed with other smaller group meetings with DRG WG members aiming to focus on the activities which have a due date in the first mid of 2018 and other important issues you’d like to discuss.
On the same day, a meeting with Mrs. Gvantsa Gasviani is confirmed to discuss ongoing activities regarding the Diabetes Patient Pathway.
Deputy Minister Mrs. Maia Lagvilava and Mr. Mikheil Dundua expressed their willingness to attend the training but considering their busy schedule we would highly appreciate if you could kindly indicate the most important topics/sessions of the training for their participation.
As for the interpretation for the meetings and training, as soon as I will have the final agreement, I will let you know.
Have a nice weekend !
Best regards,
