This is to confirm that we will cover the costs of the following participants at the conference in Sitges, Spain (High-level meeting on Health systems respond to NCDs: Experience of the European Region, Sitges, Spain, 16–18 April 2018):

For the tickets I can only say that we cannot buy all tickets.

I also copy my colleagues in the office, so they can initiate the booking of the required ticket within our system, once we get your answer. The ticket that WHO will buy, need to be booked in our system in Copenhagen. The other ticket shall be purchased by the ministry.
As indicated before, we will use BCA funds for this travel, except we find other source of funds within WHO budget.

Yes, its correct- me, prof Amiran and the Minister are attending the conference in Sidges.
As I mentioned jn my previous email the last date for reservation is 12th of February we need to register latest on friday, 9th of february. I will made reservetiom for mentioned ticket and will indicate these flight numbers.

1.Can you update me with the status of Marianas contract.
2.Also I need your advice regarding NCDs conference in Sitges. As you know the final date on registration is 12th of February. Flight numbers are required for the registration. The issue is that before Sitges we are traveling to Paris, France. As it was mentioned in invitation letter 3 participants will be funded by WHO. So we need to know which tickets will be purchased by you. Please see below our ticket option:
