Yes, EASL will cover registration ONLY, they could not cover other expenses this year, as they did last year. In summary, other than registration, participants
have to cover all other expenses including flights, accommodation etc. during EASL in Paris.
We already negotiated with them, this time they are ONLY giving us FREE PASSES for the day when we have side meeting. As mentioned earlier, I am pasting EASL
words directly below:
“free
passes for the meeting held on Wednesday 11 April 18:00 – 19:30 – these can be picked up at the registration area as of 17:30 on the same day”
Thanks again for understanding.
Muazzam

Dear Muazzam,
Just to confirm all other expenses should be covered by Ministry (accommodation, travel expenses, per Diem)?
Also, Dr Amiran asked to have free passes for the presenters for 2-3 days even;
Thank you.
Kind regards,
Irina
Best regards.
