This is to confirm that we will purchase a ticket for the minister and you and provide you per diem for Paris during the entire travel.

 

For Ekaterina Adamia, we have requested the flight options as indicated in your email, but our official travel agency provided another cheaper flight option, as follows:

As per internal rules we have to select the cheapest flight option.

We can cover her 5 perdiems (1 more than requested in your initial email) and the registration fee (in max value of 1000 USD), however the registration fee needs to be paid by herself and the invoice needs to be sent to us immediately, as otherwise we cannot raise travel authorization.

 

If Ms Adamia wants to self-purchase the ticket, this is an option, but we can only cover the costs up to 434 USD. This would enable her to select also other flight option, but will have to cover the price difference herself. In this case we need to get the clearance from the budget holder from Copenhagen prior to purchase. We will also have to receive the self-purchased ticket and invoice to be able to complete the travel authorization.

 

At this stage we need further inputs from Ms Adamia, to be able to raise the TA. All information is needed by tomorrow morning to enable us admin work to be completed on time.

Today, I was informed that high-level meeting is scheduled on 11^th of April at 11:00. Based on this information we need to change our tickets from Tbilisi to Paris on 10^th of April, because according to our ticket we will be in Paris on 11^th of April at 12:40.  I am waiting for detailed information regarding meeting and will let you know.

As was discussed during our meeting, I am sending you detailed information regarding Georgian delegation attendance on International Liver Congress 2018, which will be held in Paris, during 10-16 April. Georgian Delegation from the Ministry of Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia planning to attend above mentioned congress for 4 days. As I already mentioned there will be side event and also Minister, Mr. David Sergeenko will present the “progress toward hepatitis C virus elimination through provision of care and treatment services, Georgia, 2015-2017”, an also side event where the Minister is invited as a speaker, title of the event: Decentralization and Integration of HCV Diagnostics, Care and Treatment Services in Low- and Middle-income Countries. Georgian Delegation includes  - David Sergeenko, Sofiko Belkania and Ekaterine Adamia.
