As I mentioned in my previous emails I want to make an appointment in American Hospital. These two doctors were suggested for appointment: Faruk Alagöl Prof. Dr. and Tahir Haytoğlu, M.D..
Could you be so kind and arrange appointment (on 21st of June in the afternoon) to one of these doctors and show him all this documents. Afterward the doctor can say which treatments are needed and please send me brief conclusion form the doctor or contact me directly with him. Please provide invoice for all treatments.
We have only 2 days to arrange this visit.
