1. Provide technical support to strengthen capscities for timly and
effective response to helth emergencies (including core capasities
helth emergency operations centres and hospital sector as well).
Support multisectoral international networks and collaboration to
foster information-sharing and best practices for health emergency and
disaster risk management, including preparedness. Provide technical
support to strengthen linkages/integration of all-hazards health
emergency and disaster risk management.   - PB deliverable text-E2202.
2. Coordinate and support the process of evaluation of country core
capacities, developing and implementation of countries' core capacity
requirements under the Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction
2015-2030. Support the development of multisectoral national action
plans for managing risks of emergencies based on assessments of
country capacities and support the matching of resources to fill
critical core capacity gaps. Report on the implementation of national

3. Support the implementation of actions to increase operational
readiness - PB deliverable text  -  E2302
4. Conduct simulation exercises to test the readiness -- PB
deliverable text - E2303"
