Please, find below some additional details which I have got after our telephone conversation this afternoon. I also copy colleagues from the ministry.

 

Salle A has been booked for the session, which means this is a lunch break session, not a working lunch. No food is allowed in the room.

It is difficult to predict the number of participants as this is the first event of this type. We can expect up to 30 participants and be happy if there are more participants. There will be an EU coordination in parallel.

 

Hopefully this clarifies your questions regarding the number of participants and other details of the session.
