Please be informed that due to unexpected circumstances, Minister Sergeenko will not be able to attend the conference on both dates. But we are trying our best to manage his attendance on the plenary session. I have already sent an email to the contact person, Kelly Otsman from the Ministry of Social Affairs of Estonia, to change tickets according to the following time and dates:
· Arrival 13th June – Early in the morning (considering Ministers Intervention on the conference on June 13th, at 10:00)
· Departure 13th June - In the Evening
I am waiting for their confirmation regarding the tickets.
I will be more then thankful if you can help me to get quicker response.
