Dear Dr. Jakab,

 

I would like to express my readiness to join you as a key “witness” and to participate in this important initiative to develop a useful advocacy storybook. 


Unfortunately, due to unexpected circumstances, I will not be able to attend the conference for the whole period. I will be flying to Tallin on June 13th for my intervention in the conference, and will also have bilateral meetings and I should be back to Georgia on the evening of June 13th. 


Thus, because of my busy schedule I will not be able to meet Dr. Aldeslade and Dr. Apfel on the mentioned dates.
