Dear Andres, dear Triin,
I am contacting you regarding the programme of your mission.
There is another event scheduled in Tbilisi on Wednesday, 6 June, when you planned to have the SPS WG seminar. We expect several high level officials from the ministry to
attend the other event, which would prevent them from attending the SPS WG seminar.
For that reason the WHO CO GEO suggests to shift the training to 7 June (Thursday).
We have travel details of Triin, and from that point it should be feasible, but we lack travel details of Andres.
Please, let us know, if such shift in the programme is possible, having in mind the travel itinerary as well as the content of the seminar.

Dear Mariana,
It would be enough if DMs could participate on Monday recap meeting (agreed with Mr. Mikheil Dundua but might be an option for other DMs as well) and then review meeting with the minister.
Location for the seminar - it could be outside MOLHSA but depends also what would be most convenient for the minister and DMs to participate. Duration could be 3+3 hours of which last 3 hours with the participation of minister and DMs.

Please let us know if we could provide any additional support regarding the agenda for the next week's mission.
During our last mission we also discussed an option to have 2-3 hour separate meeting on Monday with the deputy minister Mikheil Dundua to discuss the findings of the SSA assessment last year and progress made by so far with the strategy.
