ჩვენი სატელეფონო საუბრის შედეგად გიგზავნით ლიტვური კომპანიის „სოლის ტრიბუსის“ (პრეზიდენტი ანტანას პეტროსიუსი) წერილს სქართველოში პლაზმაფერიზის ცენტრის შესყიდვისა და სამომავლოდ განსახორციელებელი ინვესტიციების შესახებ.

საელჩოს მიზანშეწონილად მიაჩნია (კომპანიის სიდიდან და საქართველოსთან დაკავშირებით სერიოზული მიზნებიდან გამომდინარე) შეხვედრა გაიმართოს აღნიშნული კომპანიის პრეზიდენტსა და საქართველოს შრომის, ჯანმრთელობისა და სოციალური დაცვის მინისტრს შორის.

აღნიშნულ საკითხში ასევე ჩართულია ლიტვის ეროვნული სისხლის ცენტრის დირექტორი იოანა ბიკულჩიენე, რომელიც პირადად იცნობს ბატონ დავითს და არაერთხელ შეხვედრია მას.

გთხოვთ აღნიშნულის გათვალისწინებით დაგეგმოთ შეხვედრა ლიტვის დელეგაციასთან ა.წ. 22-25 სექტემბრის პერიოდში მინისტრისთვის სასურველ დროს.

ლიტვაში საქართველოს საელჩოს მრჩეველი

Lithuanian company Solis Tribus UAB or its affiliates, is considering making an investment into Georgian healthcare and pharmaceutical sector, in particular in construction and operation of plasmapheresis centers. 

We have researched and identified a potential local partner, Hemoline who has opened the plasmapheresis center in 2014 but never managed to get it to the standard level required by pharmaceutical industry.

We represent a financially strong and capable group and have a strategic partnership across the region with Kedrion Biopharma who is a global leader in plasma derivatives.

As a first step we are considering forming a JV with Hemoline in Georgia, where we would have full management and operational control with 70% stake.

Initial investment is estimated to be $500,000 with a view of further investments up to $3,000,000 In 2018-2019 which would allow us to develop a chain of plasmapheresis centers across Georgia.

At a later stage we would consider making Georgia as a regional center and expand activities into neighbouring Armenia and Azerbaijan.

It is also considered to construct a plasma fractionation facility in Georgia if certain thresholds of plasma collection activity are achieved and necessary support from the Georgian Government is provided.

Those centers will be build, operated and managed according to highest standards and certified by EMA.

We will also procure that set of plasma derived drugs will be produced from Georgian plasma and be brought back to Georgia. This will comply with WHO recommendations and will position Georgia amongst the leading world countries standard wise.

In that regard we wanted to ask you the following support given its a foreign investment into Georgian economy, coupled with technology and know how transfer as well as creation of additional workplaces:

1. Maximum level of protection allowed for foreign investment

2. Procurement of required support from Ministry of Health and Ministry of Economy

3. Allocation of applicable grants, subsidies, tax exemptions or levies

4. Any other support which is available
