Dear Marijan,

Finally, we have obtained an agreed  list  of the participants from NRA  -  5 additional participants were selected. The last three participants have been approved right now.

I`m sending also the supplier forms filled by the additional participants (still missing  2 forms, but tomorrow morning they will collect necessary data to fill it).

Regarding Industry:  3 participants confirmed participation,  I`m waiting for confirmation  from other companies. Anyway, Thursday evening is a deadline.

Sincerely,

Tea Jikia

Dear Tea,

Please, be informed that Olexandr has put additional efforts in negotiations with Pharmakon, and they approved additional 10% discount.

This means that the price for the course is 3060 USD, which includes Danish VAT.

The cost of accommodation remains the same.

We need the names of the participants from the industry by Friday (end of the day), otherwise available spaces will be occupied by participants from other countries.

We badly need full list of participants from the ministry, incl. the supplier forms, to be able to raise the travel authorizations. We have raised travel authorizations for the first group of 7 participants; we need additional 5. It is time-consuming exercise as we need to enter them into the system and they should be approved as suppliers before we can raise the travel authorizations. Not to mention that the prices of flights are increasing.

We hope to get the supplier forms for the last 5 participants later today.

Thank you and best regards,

Dear Tea,

Unfortunately I was only able to share with you the information that I have got.

The price is not low but it is also not high. WHO will pay the same price for the staff from the ministry. The team in Copenhagen did its best and negotiated the price. They are still working on it, but this is the agreed price (for now). We will keep you informed in case of any changes.

For pharmaceutical industry this is rather low cost event. They regularly attend international conferences and the price is about how of that for much shorter events.

Pharmakon staff is very busy and absent a lot, but I am sure they will respond as soon as possible.

Best regards,

Dear Mr Ivanusa,

I have sent contact details of Pharmakon staff (Tina Brouer and Michall Vinter Mogensen)   to the Association.

They`ve already tried to connect with them but received automatic replies, that the staff is out of office for several days, and for urgent enquiries were provided only the names of substitute staff, but not the e-mails. It will be nice, if it is possible to obtain contact details of alternative staff from Pharmakon.

From the industry we have only 6 representatives  and they expressed interest to participate  in the training based on previous information regarding training price - around 4000 USD. As I understand, the price is changed and I`m not sure that they will agree to participate taking into the account significant increase in cost (they have to pay also taxes). Anyway, I will share this information with industry, but can`t guarantee their participation.

Sincerely,

 Tea Jikia

Dear Sopo, dear Marina,

This is just additional explanation of the email below in case the initial email was not clear enough:

Module 1 at Pharmakon:

- course fee (18-29 June 2018): 3400 USD per participant

- additional cost: accommodation at Pharmakon (arrival 17 June evening, departure 30 June morning): 2860 USD per person. Single room, 3 meals daily during the week, breakfast during the weekend.

Total: 3400+2860=6260 USD per participant

The following is not included in the above price:

- Air tickets Copenhagen/Tbilisi for the participants

- Transport of participants from/to Copenhagen airport/Hillerød

- Lunch and dinner during the weekend (23-24 June)

Please, share the information also with the industry.

At this stage we need also the names of the participants representing the industry. The industry shall contact directly Pharmakon to agree on payment details. Ideally the costs for 8 participants representing the industry shall be covered via one entity 8i.e. association), but this I rather leave up to them to agree with Pharmakon directly (Tina Brouer (tbr@pharmakon.dk ), Michall Vinter Mogensen ( mvm@pharmakon.dk)).
