Regarding the Red Cross grant contract:

It is a humanitarian aid agreement following up the tragic flood in Tbilisi in June, 2015. The Hungarian Gov. offered 10 million HUF (approx. 32.000 EUR) support to the families being victim of the flood. It is a long term project in a way, since one of the main part of the cooperation is the support of the Children's Resilience Programme (CRP) developed by the IFRC Reference Centre for Psychosocial Support aiming at helping children to build strength and resilience so they can cope positively with difficult life situations, with special focus on the impact of disasters. For this they need different equipment (special table with chairs, carpet, puffs, pastel colours etc.), where the HU Gov. can contribute.

Since it is a humanitarian cooperation on a governmental level from HU side, that is why we thought the GEO MFA could be involved as well.
