Can you please inform us of the projected end date of this project proposal?  Once the program comes to an end and the funds have been depleted, please provide a final report and a budget reconciliation of the $99,000.  Attached is a final report template.

1.      Please clarify if the Ministry of Labour, Health and Social Affairs will be paying the co-payment for patients receiving testing or will there be no co-payments as the full cost of the test will be covered through this grant funding?
