Dear Sir/Madam,   

The Regional Governance of the WHO/Europe is sharing information that has been sent out by the WHO/HQ to the UN Permanent Mission in Geneva:

As per usual practice, online registration is required. 

Registration can be initiated as of 9 April 2018 and should be completed by 7 May 2018. 

Please do not send  advance copies of credentials as they will not be taken into consideration.

Please note that all delegates will be required to wear photo ID badges in order to access the meeting room. 

For this reason, during the online registration process, the Focal Point will be asked to upload a passport style photograph of each member of the delegation.

Photographs uploaded for previous meetings can be accessed by the Focal Point during the registration process.

The attached letter indicates the visa procedure, the type of credentials required and the travel expense reimbursement for LDCs.
