გთხოვთ იხილოთ წინა მეილი და თუ შეიძლება მომწეროთ რატომ არ მოხდა გილეადის დროული ინფორმირება სომხეთში გვერდითი მოვლენების დაფიქსირების შესახებ და ასევე რატომ არ არის ასახული ბელარუსების ანგარიში ეს ინფორმაცია მჭირდება მინისტრისთვის და ასევე გამომიგზავნეთ იმ კითხვაზე პასუხი რაც გილეადის წარმომდგენელმა დაგვისვა წინა წერილში.

Thank you for sending the reports. May I ask you to clarify why the reports from Armenia which were from July were only reported to Gilead now in October, what is the reason for that?
