Airport Transfers:-
Airport transfers / shuttle service (Hotel – Venue- Hotel) will be provided by IPHEX on sharing basis with AC Coach on IPHEX official set of dates only (7 May to 10 May 2018).

Airport Transfers:-
This is to inform you that IPHEX 2018 is going to facilitate you on your airport arrival transfers by providing AC Coach on sharing basis on IPHEX official set of dates i.e. 7 May 2018. Also note that departure transfers will start from 10 May 2018 onwards from your respective hotel to Airport.
Our representative will be there at Delhi Airport Terminal 3, at Exit Gate No 5 with IPHEX branding to receive you and assist you on your arrival till the coach. Hence we request you to kindly exit from Gate No 5 and meet our representative for the further assistance.

Delegates from the same Association/ Organization will get their accommodation on twin sharing basis (Same Gender) with their fellow colleague. In case change in gender single room will be allocated.
