We are pleased to learn about your interest in the high-level Europe and Central Asia Regional Consultations on Alliance 8.7, which is to be held in Budapest on 29-30 June 2017.  

Concerning the funding of participation costs of delegates from your country, we would like to advise you that ILO will cover only there participants, one Government, one Workers and one Employers’ participant from Georgia, respectively.

In case you wish to nominate more delegates from the Ministry, you are welcome to do so at your own expenses.

In this regard, please find enclosed the Information Note produced for the event which deals with local arrangements and logistics.

We would be grateful to hear from you at your earliest convenience, who will be the actual delegate of your Ministry, as we need to deal with the nominal flight booking and hotel room reservation as well the soonest possible.

Also, please let us know in case there will be more delegates by your Ministry at your expenses since we will have to think about their hotel accommodation too – preferably in the same hotel where the participants will be staying at.

Thank you very much for invitation, but unfortunately, the Minister cannot attend above mentioned event, but he will nominate representatives from the  Ministry of Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia.

It was mentioned that travel and accommodation costs will be covered by ILO.
