Dear Marijan,

Could you be so kind and send us detailed information regarding following questions about GMP Training

1.       Who will cover the expenses related to the travel and per-diem for 12 person from the Regulatory Agency? It was suggested from your side that the expenses could be covered  from the training fee paid by 8 companies.

2.       As you mentioned previously, representatives of private companies (participants) should cover all the expenses related to training by themselves, travel and training fee, approximately 4000-5000 EUR, am I right?

3.       The information, that the representatives of private companies now are available to apply for training should be announced, also it’s necessary to provide them information on training fee and other conditions;

4.       please specify, what is the deadline of transferring training fee, to whom it should be transferred and etc.

5.       Likely the interest from private companies will be huge; therefore, it is important to discuss about the selection criteria. According to Marina’s idea, IT co-workers should create a portal where these companies will be able to sign up and after the payment of the training fee the registration will be completed. The registration will last until 8 places are filled. (“First come first served”);
6.       All information regarding selection criteria and relevant rules should be published on the web site.
7.       It is important to know when the full list of participants – employees of Regulatory Agency and the private sector – should be send to WHO, so you can proceed with the logistical issues in a timely manner.

Looking forward for your reply,

Best regards,
