As I understand from our conversation on Tuesday 18^th of April the driver (provided by WHO) will pick up 3 delegates from the hotel to the WHO Barcelona Office for the meeting, the rest of delegation will travel by counselor’s car.

If not please let me know and we ask counselor to send for us 2 cars for 18 and 19 meetings.

1-      Monday 17 April 2017 - Airport pick up with VAN: 5 passengers

Time: 10:05 am

Pick up: Airport- T1

Flight TK1853, from Istanbul BCN – Arriving in Barcelona T-1 at 10:05 in the morning – Driver should be in arrivals at 09:45 the latest in case flight arrives before expected.

Drop off: Hotel Royal Passeig de Gràcia,  Passeig de Gràcia, 84 (entre Provenza y Mallorca).

The driver will wait at arrivals gate with a sign:  WHO GEORGIA DELEGATION

Time: 03:50 am sharp

The driver will wait at the reception of the hotel with a sign: Mr SERGEENKO  at 03:50 in the morning sharp-

Drop off: airport – T1- - Mr. David Sergeenko is departing from Barcelona at 06:20 AM from BCN-Terminal 1, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines (KL) ‐ 1662.
