I have had the following requests from Dr John Martin.
As he and Gregg will be landing relatively late on the 7th from San Francisco, John has asked if the schedule could start around 11am on the 8th as he will be experiencing some Jet lag also unfortunately he and Gregg need to be back in San Francisco on the 9th so will need to depart on a flight around 20.30/2045 on the 8th so would not be able to attend a late dinner.

Sandy just informed me that she gave me wrong info…for planning purposes, if they depart SJC at 5pm, they would not arrive until 7:45pm, not 6:45pm. Please let me know ASAP regarding Clifford’s availability – as Gregg still needs to seek approval from JFM. We can’t do this until we have a confirmation. Further, Graeme cannot confirm or start planning anything until we have the green light.
