I requested to our housing agency an early check-in on 20 April for Dr Sergeenko. Unfortunately, as the DoubleTree Hotel is soon fully booked, the hotel cannot guarantee it. However you can book an additional room night (which will be at your own cost) on 19 April to guarantee the early check-in on 20 April.
