გეთანხმები მეც რომ ალბათ ჯობია ლოგიკური ჩარჩო იყოს თანდართული. აქამდე რა მემორანდუმებიც გვქონია გაფორმებული ყველას ახლავს მხოლოდ „ Project summary“ (რაც მე ვნახე), მაგრამ რადგან მათი მოთხოვნაა მთლიანი დოკუმენტის მიბმა, ჩემი აზრით ჯობია იურისტებმა გვითხრან სამართლებრივ ჭრილში რამე პრობლემა ხომ არ შეგვექმნება, რამდენადაც მე ვიცი მთლიან დოკუმენტში სხვა მხარეებიც არიან.

უნდათ მემორანდუმს თან დაურთონ პროექტის დოკუემნტი (იხ. თანდართული) მე არასოდეს მქონია ესეთი შემთხვევა.
რადგან ეს მათი პროექტია ჩვენ მას ვერ შევცვლით და რას ფიქრობთ? იქნებ გადახედოთ?
მე ვფიქრობთ რომ უფრო ლოგიკური და მოკლეა „ლოგიკური ჩარჩოს“ (თანდართული LFW ENG.DOC) მიბმა უფრო მარტივია და 3 გვერდია, თუმცა როგორც ხედავთ მაინცდამაინც უნდა დოკუემნტის მიბმა.
როგორ ქვემოთ მეილიდან ჩანს შემდეგ კვირას უნდათ ხელის მოწერა.
გთხოვთ მომაწოდოთ თქვენი მოსაზრებები.

Dear Nutsi,
Thank you for your reaction. It is required that the full project document is attached to the MOU, for the Ministry and also for the State Medical University are relevant just the commitments mentioned in the MOU (in the project document there are the same commitments). The whole project is focused on introduction of long-term and palliative care for children so it is important to have the whole project document as Annex of MOU. The only part that is not linked directly with the Ministry and Medical State University is the support to the children ´s hospice but still the medical and non-medical staff working there could be include in the training.
As already stressed by the Embassy, for us is extremely crucial to have the MOU ready for the signature next week during the visit of our director in Tbilisi!

This document also includes other participants besides MOLHSA and Medical University therefore we need to consider if there is a need to attached the project document, as the MoU is quite detailed.

Which project description are we attaching? The project description that you’ve sent us includes also thing that are beyond the scope of parties involved in memorandum for example:
1.1.1. Education campaigns for families of children suffering from life-limiting diseases
1.3.1 Building the Snoezelen therapeutic room
Within this activity, the free room in the children's hospice will be adjusted and equipment will be supplied (for a list of equipment, see Annex No. 2 to this PD).
1.3.2 Medical staff training focused on the use of new therapeutic methods
Please advise as I need to give it to the colleagues at the ministry.
