Subject: UHC mission - pathways

Dear Nino,

Below is a short summary of our discussions today:

The next mission on UHC/patients’ pathways starts on Monday, 2 Oct 2017 at 12.00 with the meeting at the MoLHSA. Triin Habicht and Alexandre Lourenco will be brought to the ministry; Rusiko Klimiashvili will accompany them; interpretation is secured by WHO.

On Tuesday, 3 Oct the team will go to the region (most probably Marneuli). The health care providers will be defined and contacted by the MoLHSA. By the end of this week WHO will get the list of institutions and contact persons. Meetings will be agreed by the ministry. The first meeting will start at around 10.00. Transfers and interpretation are secured by WHO. Team will be accompanied by Giorgi Kurtsikashvili.

On Wednesday, 4 Oct there will be workshop. The list of participants will be defined by the MoLHSA and the ministry will inform / invite the participants. The workshop shall start at 10.00 and we expect 3 sessions of 1.5 hour each. Alexandre will define exact programme. The meeting takes place at the NCDC (ground floor, white meeting room / small conference room in the lobby). WHO will secure interpretation and coffee breaks.

Thank you and best regards,
