Dear Sopo,
thank you for this! Hereby I send the draft agenda for the strategy building seminar (see attached file).
Also, would that be an option that you share the outcome of the "homework for the seminar" in advance which would give us some time to be better prepared for the seminar, e.g. by 14th of February?
With best,
Triin

Dear Marijan,
Thank you for provided information.
Deputy minister Mr. Sopromadze is out of the country, we should get final confirmation about requested issues from him, so Mariana will send all information on the week of 5th February.
Regarding the venue for the seminar I can suggest the National Training Center, which is under the MoLHSA, LEPL Emergency Situations Coordination and Urgent Medical Assistance Center. The price of conference room is reasonable and the staff can arrange lunch, coffee break etc. In case you will need additional information or contact persons number please let me know.
Best regards,
Sopo Belkania

Subject: UHC missions in February 2018
Dear Mariana,
As you know, we plan two missions on UHC in the second half of February 2018.
WHO CO GEO will secure travel of consultants to/from Georgia, their hotel and transportation within Tbilisi.
You can see in Scope and Purpose that some participants/meetings have been indicated already in particular for the mission on DRG (26-28 Feb).
We still need your confirmation.
Bigger input from your side is needed regarding the mission on SSA (19-23 Feb 2018). Of course we expect Dr Zaza Sopromadze to have the leading position (additionally to the overall leadership of the minister). We need to know however who are other staff constituting the core group for advancing the process. The participants of the workshop also need to do “home work” prior to the mission (please, see the respective scope and Purpose).
WHO CO GEO will secure the venue for the workshop scheduled during the mission of Andres. We believe that this shall be in Tbilisi, to avoid travel and decrease the costs. At the same time we think the seminar shall take place outside the ministry, so the participants are not disturbed by their daily work. Please, let us know, if you agree or if you have any idea, where to organize it.
We also need the list of participants to be decided by the MoLHSA. This we need to know as soon as possible to be able to book the respective meeting room. In line with that we need to know also at which activities Georgian-English interpretation is needed, and in particular for the workshop we need to know, if simultaneous or consecutive interpretation is needed, as this is linked with costs as well as administrative procedures within our office.
The same as before all experts will be available for on-line consultancy also after the missions.
If needed you can contact Triin (in cc) on any technical issue before the mission.
Please, liaise with Rusiko (also in cc) for any organizational details. Giorgi is on sick leave and I will depart for another duty travel at the end of the week and will be absent for app 10 days in total, incl. weekends).
