Dear Marijan,
As per your request we can reschedule time of reception from 18:00 to 18:30. Is it suitable for the RD?
One issue regarding transportation from the hotel to funicular restaurant. Please be informed that there are two options: one is to travel by tram, from Chonkadze street to the restaurant. The tram stops by the entrance of the restaurant, second option is to travel by car, from parking area you need to walk approximately 5-7 minutes to get to the restaurant. As we are aware all participants of SCRS are travelling by tram which is booked by the Ministry. Please let me know which option you will choose in order to inform our staff to meet you at the parking area.
Second issue is BCA. Will you provide printed document for signing?
Looking forward for your response.
Best regards,

Dear Sopo,
This is the latest version I have.
We may slightly shorten the transfer times, as not that much time is needed for transfers from the hotel to the Prime minister’s office or the Parliament.
I also need to double check the timing of the reception and dinner.
The RD may need some private time between the SCRC session and departure for the reception on Tuesday evening.
Otherwise no major changes are expected.
Bets regards,
