Dear Sopo,
We plan a short event marking the World No Tobacco Day 2018 for Wednesday, 31 May.
The event will take place in the city center (we are still negotiating the place with some hotels).
We have been informed that he minister has been invited to several other events and for him it could be difficult to attend all of them, particularly in the morning.
We will send formal letter of invitation, but would like to check informally his availability before fixing the time, so we can maximally adapt to his availability.
In case he would be absolutely not available, we would appreciate if the ministry could be represented by other high level official.
The programme looks like follows:

At the end of the event we will give a World No Tobacco Day award to Dr Zoidze.
In total the program shall last less than 90 minutes and will be followed by a short reception.
Initial idea was to start the session either at 12.00 or 14.00, but this depends on the availability of the minister.
If needed, we can help with some initial talking points.
We kindly ask for your guidance, before finalizing the programme and sending him formal invitation.
