I think that at this stage it is enough if their team are present. It is an initial meeting and later on, as work progresses, they can involve other colleagues.
It is important that the meeting takes place next week, as WHO staff on emergency preparedness also travels a lot due to other commitments, and I want that they start providing technical support to Georgia as soon as possible.
We have discussed the issues internally and the meeting can take place even if I am absent.
In case the meeting takes place on Thursday, 25 May, at 10.00, I could attend it at least for one hour.

Our initial idea was to meet first with the ministry and to have additional meeting with Prof Amiran and his team afterwards.
In case you think this could be done at once, the meeting can take place on Thursday, 24 May as indicated in your email.
In this case I will not be able to join, as I have to attend the UN Country Team meeting (24 May, 12.30 – 17.30 with possible prolongation). Even in my absence the team is competent enough to discuss planned activities as defined by the BCA.
