Dear Colleagues,

As part of our continuing effort to automate processes and tools, Contract Operations is very pleased to announce our on-line Consultant Questionnaire, which is available for immediate use! A completed Consultant Questionnaire serves the important function of helping Abt distinguish between a company employee and an independent consultant. 

The new automated process is very simple. The Consultant Questionnaire is separated into two parts: Part One, which is filled out by the consultant, and Part Two, which is filled out by the Abt employee who has the need for the consultant. 

First, the Abt requester identifies a potential consultant, confirms their eligibility to work with Abt, and then directs the consultant to the new on-line Consultant Questionnaire. This form can be reached via our public website, on the Work with Us page, under Partner Registry > Consultants or, one can go there directly via www.abtassoc.com/consultant.

Next, the potential consultant completes Part One of the Consultant Questionnaire and submits it, along with the required documents. Automatically and simultaneously, it is routed to the Abt requester and the Procurement group’s Consultant Inbox.  Lastly, the Abt requester completes Part 2 of the Consultant Questionnaire, attaches supporting documentation and presses the Submit button. Procurement will take it from there!
