Dear IHD colleagues:
Advancing technical excellence in current projects, attracting new business, and increasing reputational are central to our joint success as a company. To this end, IHD put in place in 2013 thirteen Technical Working Groups (TWGs) that are aligned with the division’s priority technical areas. A main objective of these TWGs is to support an interactive and collegial learning environment among all HO and field staff through the Communities of Excellence (CoEs) associated with each TWG.
After one year of operation, this is a good time to assess how the CoEs are doing in reaching this overall goal. So we would like to ask all of you to respond to a short survey to determine your perception of the CoEs, to learn how they can better support your technical work as well as your areas of interest, and to sign up for CoEs for the period of April 1, 2014 – March 31, 2015.
