HR has informed us that 70% of IHD staff have not yet selected and submitted secondary review requests to their supervisor. If you already did so you don't need to read the rest of this email.
If you haven't done so you have a couple of hours to submit your nominations. After today, the system will not allow you to select a secondary reviewer, only your supervisor will be able to do so on your behalf.
If you are unsure about how to proceed please talk to your supervisor, or contact the HR Service Center.
