When will I be live on AGI? The launch will be on Thursday, June 6, as you and your organization are upgraded to our Abt Global Intranet (AGI).
What should I expect when I go live on AGI? Your IT Manager will visit you at your desk to make sure everything is correctly configured and provide an overview to help you get off to a fast start.
How will I access AGI? Click on the AGI icon on your desktop:
What do I need to know about AGI? There are so many things, but one is that you can easily access Oracle through AGI without entering your login/password!
Are there AGI resources available? Yes, there are. Please use the AGI Top 10 Destinations document attached with this message as a guide. In addition to the visit from your IT Manager, you also have easy access to AGI Help, which can be found at the bottom of the AGI Home Page on the far right hand side. There you will see AGI Info and the AGI HELP link located beneath it.
Where can I get help or an answer to my AGI questions? Your IT Manager is the best source of information. As always, your IT Service Center is also ready to assist if your IT Manager is not available. Please reach out to them at:
