Dear Colleagues,

Back in June, I told you about the investments Human Resources (HR) was making to improve efficiency and effectiveness of HR at Abt.  A key part of that investment is ATLAS (Abt Talent, Learning and Support), our single system to support all HR functions. 

Today, I am very pleased to announce that Goals, the first component of ATLAS, is now live and available for you to enter your FY14 Goals!  This easy process should take approximately 15 minutes, as you have already completed your FY14 Goal development earlier this year.

Please plan to enter your FY14 Goals in ATLAS no later than Friday, September 6 and use charge code 17488-1000 for this task.

To help you get started we are offering a number of resources:

·         You will receive invitations to ATLAS - Goals training sessions.  These sessions are optional.

·         On the AGI HR Service Center page, you will find ATLAS Resources including ATLAS Goals Quick Reference Guides and an online training video. 

·         The new HR Service Center Team will be happy to provide assistance, as well.  They can be reached:
