With the introduction of ATLAS (Abt Talent, Learning and Support), our single system to support all HR functions, the foundation has been set for additional functionality to improve efficiency and effectiveness of HR at Abt.
I am pleased to announce the next ATLAS components--joining ATLAS Goals--will be ATLAS Recruiting and ATLAS Learning Management System (LMS), which will bring significant benefits across both these areas.
The implementation of ATLAS LMS will position our learning system to integrate seamlessly with future ATLAS components, including Performance Management (PREP) and Career Development. The Professional Development Team is preparing exciting new courses which will be available via ATLAS LMS in January.
ATLAS Recruiting will streamline the process of moving from recruit-to-hire here at Abt. Hiring managers will be able to see new hire status throughout the cycle and will receive automated email notifications at key status points. The ATLAS Recruiting launch will be divided into two phases to allow us to tailor training and implementation to the needs of each respective group:
Phase I: U.S.-based staff, Expats and Third Country Nationals (TCNs)
Phase II: Local Country Nationals (LCNs)
