ATLAS Recruiting Live for LCNs!

Today, we are pleased to announce that ATLAS Recruiting capabilities are being expanded to reduce
the recruit-to-hire time for Local Country National (LCN) positions.  Additionally, new functionality will be implemented to streamline the onboarding process
for all new staff in all Abt locations.

ATLAS Recruiting has been in place since December
for U.S.-based, TCN and Expat positions.   Currently,
job requisitions are created and approved, applicants
are tracked, and offers are generated using ATLAS Recruiting.

Please plan to attend training and review the ATLAS Recruiting resources on AGI.

Training and Resources

For those of you who are involved in recruiting and onboarding at Abt, our HR Team will be offering a
variety of training opportunities throughout March. 

·        Ethiopia, Jordan and Mozambique:  live
in-person training will be provided during
March. 

·        Online resources will be available on the AGI ATLAS Page

·        A variety of Webinar training sessions will be offered to accommodate staff across different
time zones.

What about the Hiring Manager System?

The system you have been using for hiring activities, the Hiring Manager System (HMS) will be retired in the near future.  It will remain available to view and copy data as needed, but new information cannot
be added.  Since the launch, all job requisitions
for LCN positions have been pre-loaded into
ATLAS Recruiting.
