ATLAS is open and ready for your FY15 goals!
Why are performance goals important?
Setting performance goals is a critical part of connecting our company’s strategy and performance management. This connection helps link what each of us does with what the organization is trying to achieve. Goals specify what is expected and helps us allocate our time and focus our efforts.
How are my goals determined?
Discussions should be taking place between you and your Supervisors to establish performance goals for FY15. This can take place as part of your PREP meeting or in a separate conversation. The target date for having FY15 goals established and entered into ATLAS Goals is on or before June 30.
Why is it important to have my goals in ATLAS?
For improved efficiency, once your goals are entered into the system, they will automatically populate for your mid-year review or MYPREP and for next year’s annual performance review. They can be easily modified at any time during the year.
My goals are created. Now, how do I get to ATLAS Goals?
Just follow this path, beginning with AGI:
